About the Owners
Chris served honorably in the United States Marines. He took his passion to lead and his drive to succeed; carried it on to make this company be what it is today. Chris worked with Sarah's dad since 2011. His proven work ethic in customer service, hard work, determination, and to make things right has helped propel the company.

Sarah is the daughter of the man who started it all. She followed in her father's footsteps to help lead this company. Her father, Tony Esparza Sr., started All Roofs and Construction back in 1983. Tony passed away in 2021 and Sarah is carrying on his legacy.
